debian-edu-archive-keyring software package provides 2014.10.14, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debian-edu-archive-keyring
debian-edu-archive-keyring is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debian-edu-archive-keyring package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debian-edu-archive-keyring *
You will get with debian-edu-archive-keyring package name, version, architecture and description in a table
